Designed specifically to assist bariatric patients or residents with their hygiene routines as well as toileting and showering, the Bariatric Shower Chair with Commode is a convenient hygiene device used in hospitals and rehabilitation centers.

The very sturdy medical-grade PVC pipe frame construction provides safe and secure serviceability for bariatric patients weighing up to 300 pounds. Designed to give patients the option to recline during a shower, the two-position backrest and the four-position leg rest can be adjusted to support both the patient's upper and lower body for optimal comfort.

The ultra-comfortable polyurethane foam material provides a soft, waterproof backrest and leg rest as well as an open-front seat which can be fitted with a splash guard if needed. The five deluxe twin-wheeled, no-rust casters add maneuverability to easily transfer patients from a bed or wheelchair and transport them to the shower area. The commode bucket enables use as a bedside commode and additional toileting device.

Capable of being cleaned with simple soap and water, this shower chair is easily sterilized and maintained.
