Healthcraft SuperPole with SuperBar

To create exceptional horizontal and vertical support, simply add the HealthCraft SuperBar to the SuperPole. The SuperBar has eight locking positions, one every 45 degrees, for superior centralized support as you move. Simply lift the rail and move the bar to automatically lock it into the next position.

The SuperBar, when strategically placed in your home, offers support that can be placed exactly where you need it, moving with you to provide optimal safety as you navigate an object or a room. Push, pull, or lean on the SuperBar and it will continue providing you the support you need.

How the SuperPole Installs

Product Features:

Installation Instructions:

1. Slide parts of SuperBar onto the bottom of the SuperPole, and install SuperPole as per instructions.
2. Set the height and angle of a castellated collar and secure set screws with a hex key.
3. Slide spring-ring over screws to prevent them from loosening.
4. Install the bottom bushing.

WHAT CEILING HEIGHTS CAN THE SUPERPOLE BE INSTALLED?
The standard SuperPole accommodates ceilings 93-99” / 236-252cm.
For ceilings below 93”/236cm:
For ceilings between 100-120”/254-305cm, you must add a Uni-Fit to the extend the ceiling height.
Ceilings between 120-140”

HOW DO I PROPERLY CLEAN THE GRIP?
The grip material is closed cell and won’t absorb anything into the surface. It is unaffected by most solvents and chemicals because the grip material is non-absorbent. While it is non-absorbent, it is porous so we do recommend avoiding cleaners that are grainy (such as Comet) because the granules may get stuck in the porous surface. For cleaning and disinfecting in a hospital or care facility setting, accelerated hydrogen peroxide can be used to clean the grip.

DO I HAVE TO BOLT MY SUPERPOLE TO THE CEILING?
The SuperPole does not have to be attached, but we do suggest if it is not attached to the ceiling the tension is checked once a month. The SuperPole Bariatric must be attached to the ceiling.

WILL MY SUPERPOLE DAMAGE MY STIPPLED/TEXTURED CEILING?
No. Even with repeated removal and installs, no damage was done.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE SPRING RING?
The spring ring is used to stop the set screws from backing out once they have been installed.

WHAT IS THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY?
Products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. Warranty excludes products that have been damaged through misuse, accidental damage, alteration, normal wear and tear, wood material and stain, or the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning products.
